A3:Yes, But the sample requires a certain cost. But it doesn't matter, As long as you have an order and place an order with us, We can refund the fee. Of course, You still need to bear the freight.

Q4.How can you guarantee the quality?
A4:We have professtional QC department, Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment.

Q5. How about the dilivery time?
A5:Generally,The delivery time for the MOQ is 30 days.Different kinds of products have different lead time,its also depend on the quantity of your
order.
 

Q6: Why are your samples much more expensive than its quoted unit cost?
A6: Most of our samples are specially made by our sample makers, when material purchasing cost and labor costs are calculated; the final cost will be much higher than our wholesale prices.

Q7: What are your standard payment terms?
A7: We accept bank transfer, Letter of Credit in sight, Paypal or Western Union. For most deals, upfront (deposit) payment will be required before
we start production.

Q8: What’s your standard lead time?
A8: For our existing items, our lead time is always 3 to 7 days. For certain
custom made items, our lead time is 15-30 days. Lead time is calculated
from the date when we receive your upfront payment.
